Refund Policy
Effective Date: June 30, 2025

At Beautifully Broken Path, we are committed to providing a supportive and empowering coaching experience. Please read our refund policy carefully before purchasing or booking any services.

1. One-on-One Coaching Sessions

You are eligible for a refund only if the session has not yet been completed.

If you have scheduled a session but wish to cancel and request a refund:

You must notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled session to qualify for a full refund.

Refunds will not be issued for missed or completed sessions.

2. No-Shows and Rescheduling

We understand life happens. One reschedule is allowed per session with at least 24 hours' notice.

However:

-If you miss two scheduled sessions (no-shows) without proper notice, your session will be forfeited.

No refunds or additional rescheduling will be provided after two no-shows.

3. Digital Products & Courses

Due to the nature of instant-access digital content (e.g., workbooks, guides, audio, or video programs), all digital product sales are final. No refunds will be given once access has been granted.

4. Coaching Packages

If you purchase a package of multiple sessions and wish to cancel the remaining sessions:

You may request a partial refund for unused sessions, as long as the request is made before any cancellation restrictions apply (i.e., not within 24 hours of a session).

Sessions already completed or forfeited due to no-show will not be refunded.

5. Refund Requests

Please include your full name, date of purchase, and reason for the request. We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

6. Discretionary Exceptions

While our policy is firm to protect both parties’ time and energy, Coach Brandi reserves the right to make case-by-case exceptions under extraordinary circumstances. These are not guaranteed and are reviewed at her sole discretion.

7. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, you may be removed from future coaching or denied access to services and communities. We take chargebacks seriously and reserve the right to provide evidence to payment processors of our no-refund policy and service delivery.
