2. Coaching Disclaimer

Coach Brandi is a certified relationship and healing coach. She is not a licensed therapist, counselor, lawyer, or financial advisor. All sessions are intended for personal development, educational, and informational purposes only. Any advice or guidance provided should not replace professional or medical advice. You assume full responsibility for your choices and results.

3. Purchases and Payments

All purchases made through this Site are final unless otherwise stated in a specific offer or product. Pricing, availability, and features are subject to change without notice.

One-on-One Coaching: Sessions are eligible for a refund only if the session has not yet occurred.

Missed or No-Show Appointments: If you reschedule more than once and fail to attend two scheduled sessions without notice, you forfeit the session and no refund will be issued.

Digital Products / Courses: All sales are final due to the nature of downloadable content.

Membership or Group Access: Subscriptions or memberships may renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are only granted for unused coaching sessions. If a session has already taken place, no refund will be issued. If you have two missed appointments (no-shows), the session is forfeited and no rescheduling or refund will be provided.

5. Intellectual Property

All content provided on beautifullybrokenpath.com—including videos, workbooks, guides, handouts, logos, session recordings, and branding—is the intellectual property of Coach Brandi and is protected under copyright law.

You may not reproduce, share, sell, or modify any content without written permission.

6. User Conduct

You agree to engage respectfully with Coach Brandi and others in any community or coaching setting. Harassment, inappropriate behavior, or violations of community standards may result in immediate termination of access without a refund.

7. Confidentiality

All private coaching sessions are confidential. However, Coach Brandi reserves the right to disclose information if legally required or if there is a threat of harm to yourself or others.

8. Results Disclaimer

Results vary based on the individual. Coach Brandi does not guarantee specific outcomes from coaching. Your transformation is dependent on your effort, commitment, and personal journey. Testimonials are provided for illustrative purposes only.

9. Cancellations and Termination

You may cancel services at any time, but refunds are only given as outlined above. Coach Brandi reserves the right to terminate access to coaching or services if these Terms are violated or if coaching is no longer a good fit.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coach Brandi and any affiliates will not be held liable for any damages, losses, or disruptions that may occur from using the Site or Services.
