I didn't always feel emotionally safe in love. For years, I found myself stuck in patterns that left me feeling drained, always chasing connection, trying to prove my worth, and hoping the other person would eventually change. These patterns were rooted in childhood trauma that I brought into adulthood.
It wasn't until I became a shell of a person and hit my emotional rock bottom, that I realized, healing had to start from within.
I made it my mission to learn and study everything I could about attachment theory, trauma recovery, emotional regulation, and what it truly means to be secure in love.
That journey didn't just change my relationships, it changed my life and how I saw myself. Now, I help others do the same. Because doing the inner work isn't about fixing you, it's about helping you become who you were meant to be!
