Are your coaching sessions like therapy? 

Coaching isn’t therapy, though it can feel therapeutic. While therapy often focuses on processing the past, coaching is more action-oriented. I meet you where you are and help you move forward with clarity, self-awareness, and practical tools. I’m not here to diagnose, I’m here to guide, support, and help you break the cycle.

What can I expect if I sign up for your coaching sessions?

Expect to be heard without judgment. Expect to learn what drives your emotional responses in relationships. Expect deep insight, real tools, and sometimes uncomfortable truths, all designed to help you grow. Every session is tailored to your unique story and healing pace.

Do you only work with people going through a breakup?

Not at all. While I do help a lot of clients heal after breakups or divorce, I also work with people who are still in relationships but feeling stuck, unsure, or emotionally disconnected. Some are just starting to date again and want to do things differently. Others are learning how to open up after years of shutting down. If you’re ready to get honest with yourself and do the inner work, I’ll meet you wherever you are.
